Beyond the Edge
Ancient enemies have devastated the galaxy, leaving only a small starfield of surviving systems. On the free planet of Orion, players work together to confront pirates blockading the sector and uncover what lies beyond them. Rules and story develop during play, allowing new players to learn as they go. Characters retain progress between games, including ships, captains, missions, abilities, and upgrades. Alliances with different factions alter objectives and available powers, while the Dry Dock system allows these persistent elements to be carried into other players’ games.
