Biblios
Players take the role of medieval abbots building a monastic library by acquiring workers and resources with a limited supply of donated gold. Play splits into a Donation phase, where cards are taken according to a preset layout, and an Auction phase, where players bid gold to obtain additional cards. Cards represent Scribes, Illuminators, Manuscripts, Scrolls and Supplies; each card contributes toward one of five scoring categories. Victory points come from winning categories by having the highest totals, while the values of categories shift during play. The game emphasizes planning, tactical bidding and occasional bluffing as players balance spending against long-term scoring.

Vic Granell8.0 Theme is not relevant, but the mechanics are very good! We enjoyed it so much that we ended up playing three games in a row.
Mohasz6.9 Solid little game, I really dislike the look and the 'theme' though. Also, I'm more and more certain that I'm just not a fan of auctions. Herbaceous is a similar game, but without the auction and with more interesting set collection + much more pleasing aesthetics.
I give it a ten because this game has hit a LOT the table last times because it fits at its best a needed niche for me: A game that is portable, good for two, does't need a lot of table to play, is played fast, rules are simple and has a lot of strategy. Very good game when you are on a terrace having a beer :) and also to play when aour baby is on a nap.
