2012 · Territory Building
Bloqs
Players move around the game board using dice or cards to collect cube parts, then place them on their personal sites. The aim is to be the first to build a perfect 3×3×3 cube. If no player completes one, the winner is the player with the highest structure. More than 30 cube parts in eight shapes provide different building options. Cube and action discs control access to these pieces, while an included set of 54 cards adds effects that can speed up play or alter players’ plans.

Abstract game implying 3D reasoning. PROS - Very nice table presence with its big pieces. - Cool twist incorporating 3D reasoning. - Very good family game to play with kids. CONS - It feels pretty basic, not really appealing to any experienced gamer. - Roll & move feels soooo done by now.
