Buraco
Partnership rummy played with two standard 52-card decks plus Jokers, where four players form two fixed teams seated opposite each other. Players draw and discard to form melds of sets (same rank) and runs (suit sequences), laying combinations to the table and exchanging a discard pile under certain conditions. Melds of seven cards or more score bonus points, and Jokers act as wild cards. Play continues until a team goes out, and scores are tallied with penalties for unmelded cards; the objective is to accumulate the highest team score through forming large melds and strategic use of the discard pile.
