Renovate a house in the sunny hills of California and furnish its rooms with exclusive furniture. Take money from the bank, buy tiles from shops, and complete renovations before placing furniture and welcoming neighbors bearing gifts. Bonus cards reward players who are first to furnish rooms with particular combinations of objects. After twelve days, players score for presents, bonus cards, and renovated rooms, then repay their debts; the player with the most points wins.
