Canopy: Evergreen
Players build a Pacific Northwest rainforest tableau by drafting cards from three public growth piles each turn. A player inspects a pile and either takes it into their tableau or returns it face-down, adding another card to that pile and increasing future options. Cards represent trees, plants, animals, and hazards; players grow trees on a personal board to gain permanent bonuses, collect sets of wild plants, and assemble food chains to nourish wildlife while managing threats like fire, disease, and drought. After three seasons, scoring totals determine which player has cultivated the most bountiful rainforest.
