Players acquire common resources from shared supply buildings and must plan limited supplies and pay opponents to transport materials through their districts. Play advances through four stages as buildings become larger and costlier but yield greater benefits, and players balance competing strategies—income generation, scoring buildings, or diversified expansion—while adapting to opponents’ actions.
