Coloma
Players take the role of pioneers in Gold Rush–era California, prospecting for gold, recruiting workers, buying horses, and establishing businesses and camps across a growing frontier. Each chapter begins with simultaneous action selection; if a majority choose the same action, that choice becomes a Bust and loses its Boom bonus. Players then resolve actions in turn to collect resources, move wagons, build bridges and businesses, and place gunmen. A rotating board section shifts available actions between chapters. When the rotating section reaches high noon, a shootout against outlaws resolves: rewards depend on whether players’ combined gunmen outnumber the outlaws. The game ends after the third shootout and highest score wins.
