Contraband
Players take turns as the rotating Customs Agent while the others are travelers who draw a hand of item cards and declare what is in their luggage, either truthfully or as a bluff. The Agent may accept a declaration and collect a duty fee, or challenge and inspect the traveler’s cards. Correct challenges earn fines from bluffers; incorrect challenges cost the Agent compensation for wrongful search. Other players may act as informants to search luggage, and a special attache case card can grant diplomatic immunity and allow a player to bypass searches and fees, whether legitimately held or merely claimed.
