Counterfeiters

Players operate a counterfeiting ring in Miami, printing fake bills, improving their printing and processing methods, and converting counterfeit cash into real money while managing police attention and the Godfather’s protection. Each turn players place one of three animal pawns to take actions such as buying black-market components, producing or laundering bills, banking money offshore, or seeking the Godfather’s help; protection reduces police risk but requires payment. The police track investigations that progressively devalue lower-quality counterfeit bills, and the game ends when the police finish their inquiry. The winner is the player with the most legitimate (non-counterfeit) money.
