Factory Fun

Players build a factory floor by purchasing and placing machine tiles and connecting them with pipeline connectors to route colored inputs from reservoirs to machine inputs and outputs. Each machine requires specific color inputs and produces an output that can feed other machines or become final products; linking outputs into inputs creates higher-value goods and increases revenue. Players manage limited money to buy machines, reservoirs, and connectors while routing around a central support pillar and maintaining legal connections. The game ends after a set number of rounds and the player with the most money from produced goods and remaining cash wins.

I have played this once with the kids and they had a great time. It's still a little involved for them so we play sort of free-form. They can grab whatever they want and we don't play for points. They are happy to put their factory together to show they can do it. Strategy can wait.

One of my favorites. It's like a puzzle that you play as a game. Lots of options for piece placement. Not a game for everyone, but those who love it...love it!

I like the factories when the game is finished, I like the thinking, logical aspect of the game.
