2009 · City Building
Gonzaga
Play cards to expand a network of fiefs across medieval Europe, claiming cities and harbors while pursuing secret objectives. Each round, players secretly choose a region and action, then place a drawn fief according to the action’s requirements. Score points for covering key locations, connecting harbors, and donating fiefs to the church, while alliance actions allow individual rings to be placed on contested spaces. Cards remain unavailable for the next round, requiring changing regions and actions as the expansion continues.
