Recreate the struggle between Rome and Carthage in the 2nd Punic War. Use Strategy Cards to maneuver armies and generals, raise troops, gain political control across the Mediterranean, and resolve powerful historical events. Victory comes from capturing the opposing capital, controlling more provinces at the end of the final round, or removing all opposing political control markers from the map.
