Manatee Sanctuary
Players build an expanding coastal habitat and attract different types of manatees over three drafting rounds. Each turn uses an “I split, you choose” draft: players divide sets of cards and opponents pick, then decide whether to play a card for its top action (to attract manatees and produce food) or tuck its top portion under their board to enlarge the sanctuary and boost future food production. Manatees come in several types with distinct effects; after card use each player must feed any hungry manatees. Points are scored each round for manatee count, types, and round-specific bonuses. Modular options adjust complexity for families or hobby gamers.
