2023 · Card Game
Earth
Players build a tableau of flora, fauna, and terrains to develop a self-supporting ecosystem engine. Cards provide synergies: played plants and animals generate resources, contribute to actions that affect all players, and unused cards can be recycled as compost for future growth. Gameplay focuses on engine-building and tableau completion; the first player to finish their tableau triggers game end and highest score determines the winner.

Fiore3.0 The great parade of Nothingness. Whatever you choose to do - or NOT to do - doesn't really matter you keep adding/removing cards or "things" in what feels like complete randomness with no focus, strategy or meaning. Huuuuge letdown.
Oscaarz8.9 Great game; Casual gaming ++ easy to play with almost anyone; Ca sort facilement avec beaucoup de groupe different.
Rules questions
Answered from the rulebook by Ludoya's rules assistant.
If I plant or place a card that has an ability, does that ability trigger immediately and in what order do multiple abilities resolve?
A card’s ability only triggers when its specific activation condition is met; when several abilities trigger, resolve them in the tableau activation order shown in the placement/activation rules (see pages 5–6 and the activation example on page 12).
What exactly happens when I take the Compost action — what do I get, and how do Sprouts become Soil?
Composting immediately gives Soil tokens and places Compost and Sprout markers as specified by the card/action; Sprouts are converted into Soil later when you perform a Watering action that converts them (see page 7).
When I Plant or Grow, when do I draw cards and when do I place Growth or Canopy tokens?
Planting and Grow actions follow the draw and placement steps listed in the action rules: Planting includes the drawing/drafting steps for cards, while the Grow action is when you place Growth/Canopy tokens according to the card text and grow rules (see pages 5–6 and the detailed drawing/placement rules on page 8).
How do Fauna cards score and when do I get Leaf tokens for them?
Fauna cards are two-sided scoring objectives with conditions you must meet to claim Leaf tokens; you claim Leaf tokens when you satisfy the Fauna requirements during play and then score them according to the Fauna scoring rules at scoring time (see page 9).
How do Island and Climate cards work — do their resources or abilities activate automatically?
Island and Climate cards provide resources/icons and may have abilities, but those abilities only trigger under their stated activation conditions and follow the normal activation rules for cards (see page 10 for setup, icons, and activation details).
What exactly triggers the end of the game and what is the order for final scoring and tiebreakers?
The game ends when the end-game trigger listed in the rules occurs; once triggered, resolve final scoring in the order given on page 14 (including any final card/leaf scoring) and apply the tiebreaker rules explained there, with an end-game example on page 13.
