A card-driven tactical wargame that models ancient battles across multiple historical theaters. Players field armies using unit and general cards, issue orders with action cards, and resolve combat and movement with tokens and markers rather than miniatures. The box compiles several previously released sets and a campaign book with about 40 scenarios covering Punic, Greco-Persian, Peloponnesian, and Macedonian conflicts, plus special mercenary forces and gladiatorial encounters. Components include 200+ unit cards, 20+ general cards, 90+ action cards, 200+ markers, scenario and rule books, and solo play rules.
