Overseers

2015 · Card Game

Overseers

Players take the roles of immortal overseers who bend human traits toward virtues or vices and compete to shape the dominant combination. The game plays as a drafting and bluffing contest: players draft trait cards (passing hands), arrange five chosen traits in two face-down and three face-up positions, then debate and vote on who appears strongest. The accused player can admit or bluff, triggering card losses or a showdown that reveals scores and penalties or rewards. Rounds include drafting, judgement (voting and potential reveal), and scoring; overseer powers modify play by peeking, stealing, or transforming cards. After secret scoring across three rounds, the highest total wins.

Beautiful draft game that combines it with a little bluff an deduction. One of the most complete and original Draft game ever played.
