Fourth game in the series, Gen. Howe’s British against Gen. Washington’s Colonists in the American Revolutionary War campaign for Philadelphia. A point-to-point block wargame in which players spend activation points to move groups led by leaders or individual military units. Battles occur when opposing blocks end a move in the same location, with historical details shaping the strategic decisions.
