Reigns: The Council
The Council advises a monarch who must decide which petitions to support or decline while maintaining harmony across the realm. Each decision affects four pillars of society, and the reign ends if any one of them becomes too powerful or too weak. Advisors pursue secret goals while seeking to influence the monarch, and a new heir takes the throne after each reign.
