One player plays a lone operative weaving through a stylized city skyline while a second player coordinates aerial and ground units to intercept them. The operative secretly places limited movement tiles and uses gadgets to evade capture; each move leaves trace clues the pursuer can investigate. The coordinator deploys a helicopter and patrol cars, interprets clues, and can call reinforcements to narrow down the operative’s route. Play ends when the operative is tagged twice or successfully avoids capture.
