Savernake Forest

Players build a personal 4x4 forest grid by drafting path and animal cards from a shared market and placing them adjacent to existing cards. Each player is dealt an animal with storage capacity and food preferences; scoring rewards arranging paths so animals can collect their favorite foods while obeying placement rules (no two animals on the same path). Some animal cards grant small abilities or tokens—extra storage, boosted food value, turn-order advantage, or attracting additional animals—that modify planning. The game ends when each player fills their 16-card forest; a two-player variant offers an optional increased challenge.
