Sherlock: Death on the 4th of July
Players collectively investigate a mysterious death at a country manor by revealing and discussing a shared pool of 32 clue cards. Play proceeds in turns; on each turn a player either places a clue from their hand face-up for everyone to read or discards according to the variant rules, exposing information that may be relevant or irrelevant to the case. After all clue cards are revealed or discarded, players collaborate to form a coherent theory and complete a questionnaire about what happened. Correct answers score points, while exposing irrelevant clues can cost points, so players balance information sharing, memory, and deduction throughout the game.
