Snowhere
Can you smother all the fire with snow before no more cards can be uncovered? Spread the fire cards into one connected mass. On each turn, uncover a card that is exposed or covered by only a small part of another card. Set aside giant snowflakes, or use snow cards to cover sections of the remaining fire and parts of cards already in play. When no more fire cards can be uncovered, use the saved snowflakes to cover as much fire as possible. The goal is to reveal as little fire as possible and cover it all to win.
