Not if that road or city is already connected to a meeple. You may place a meeple on a separate, unoccupied part of a feature; if tiles later connect the parts, the meeples share the feature (pages 3–5).

Yes. Whoever places the tile that completes a feature triggers its scoring, and every player with meeples in it scores according to who has the most; tied players with the most each score full points (pages 3–5).

A completed road scores 1 point per tile; a completed city scores 2 points per tile plus 2 per coat of arms; and a completed monastery scores 1 point for itself and each of its 8 surrounding tiles (pages 3–5).

Yes. After a feature is scored, return the meeples in it to their owners’ supplies, so they can be placed again on later turns (pages 4–5).

After the last tile is placed, incomplete roads score 1 point per tile, incomplete cities score 1 point per tile and coat of arms, and incomplete monasteries score 1 point for themselves plus 1 per adjacent tile. Fields score 3 points per adjacent completed city (page 6).
