Construct a city of your dreams by stacking and expanding buildings in a competitive 3D city-building game. Manage limited space and resources while earning money, permits, and action cards. Advance on the board, gain rewards, and accumulate Economy Points. The game ends when a player reaches 32 build spaces or all available buildings have been placed; the player with the most Economy Points wins.
