True Colors

Players try to predict how other people see them through a series of private votes and guesses. Each round presents a question or prompt; players privately vote for who among them best fits the prompt, then each player estimates how many votes they received for that round. Points are awarded based on the accuracy of those estimates, and play continues over multiple rounds. The game emphasizes social perception and deduction as players compare their self-image to the group’s impressions.

You have to play with the right crowd, but if you do, everyone can have a great time. Some of our folks figured out that if you lie, you can easily break the system, but as long as everyone agrees to be as honest as they can, they game is very fun!
