Vapor Willie
Race downriver between islands and ports, gather quirky supplies, and trade them for sailor’s whistles while completing personal objectives. Manage scarce resources, adapt to changing weather, and negotiate with rivals at special ports as the river expands. Use whistles to move and score points, choose a character with a one-time special power, and reach the end of the river before the other captains. Unfinished objectives bring a point penalty.
