We're Sinking!
Players are pirates on a damaged ship under threat from monsters and rival crews. Each round, players secretly select one of four actions — Bucket to lower water, Patch to repair breaches and cannons, Fire to attack the enemy, or Plunder to claim revealed loot — then reveal simultaneously. Crew members discuss, bluff, and coordinate to keep the ship afloat and defeat one of several threats (kraken, skeletons, megalodon, or sirens), while also trying to maximize personal treasure or minimize hand size. The game ends either when the threat is defeated (highest treasure wins) or the ship sinks (fewest cards in hand wins).
