In the two-player game, East and West Germany compete to rebuild their economies and raise living standards through careful use of action cards. Historical events, mass protests, and political crises can disrupt even the best plans. The included four-player expansion adds the USA and Soviet Union, forming partnerships while players pursue individual victory. It introduces partner manipulation, sabotage, global influence, the arms race, the space race, and the need to preserve world peace.
