1847: Pfalz

An 18xx-style economic and railway-building game set in the German Pfalz region. Players operate companies, buy and manage shares, run train routes, and lay track to expand networks across the map. The setup includes four quarries, a train-builder private company called Krauss & Co., and private holdings that grant director positions for two of the five major companies (six in an optional variant). Rules largely follow the 1835 family of games, with specific differences in how private companies function, how tiles are placed, and several smaller operational details.
