Air Scarmush

Hands on throttle-and-stick, facing the choices of a fighter pilot in a tactical air combat duel. Two players maneuver aircraft across a hexagonal board, selecting actions simultaneously as they manage speed, turning, positioning, attacks, and evasive maneuvers. An accompanying app provides the rules, scenarios, printable components, and interface for recording choices. Aircraft follow distinct flight models, while offensive actions depend on position, attitude, and evasive movement. Scenarios feature air-to-air and air-to-ground objectives, with fighters, interceptors, ground-attack aircraft, bombers, and transports using weapons and countermeasures to score points.
