Emergency Broadcast

Compete as first responders to secure resources and rescue residents before rising floodwaters cut off land and supplies. Over three rounds, choose objectives, place resource tiles, exchange tiles, and score completed objectives. Move the first responder marker onto each newly placed tile to protect it from immediate sabotage. As the storm intensifies and available land decreases, the player who best meets their rescue objectives earns the most points.
