Kaivai Expansion

This expansion adds four hut types and a new action to the Polynesian-themed game. The Pearl Divers Hut produces shells from fishing, while the Celebration Hut starts a celebration on its island when built. The Chief Hut provides a counter that affects bidding costs and can serve as influence during the end game. The Kava-Brewer Hut produces kava, which can be converted into influence through the new Kava Ceremony action.
