Explorers expand their knowledge across the shifting shores of Kaelora, documenting newly revealed species and finding unexpected connections with the environment. Players place uniquely shaped, double-sided species tiles onto a shared modular grid, then claim rows with explorer markers tied to specific species. Claimed rows score for every matching species, regardless of who placed it, while a wild species adapts to count wherever it appears. As the board fills and space tightens, players balance their own scoring opportunities with those available to opponents. Empty spaces lose points, and the explorer with the strongest collections wins.
