The Settlers of Canaan

An Abrahamic variation of Catan, set among the tribes of Israel as they settle Canaan from the time of Joshua through the crowning of King David. Players collect and trade resources, build settlements and roads, and compete for territory. The game adds a Temple side-quest in which players contribute bricks to build the wall of Jerusalem. The player contributing the most gains victory points and a special rule-breaking power, contested similarly to the longest road.
