Universal Rule: Character Pack #1

Alien races have appeared! Players may ally with them to gain ongoing effects, or vanquish them to prevent those effects and gain victory points. Each game uses two of six alien races, represented by homeworld cards placed on specific planets. Attempting to inhabit one of these locations requires choosing between alignment and a special power or conquest for additional stars.
