A Brief History of Gnolls

This illustrated reference volume traces the history of gnolls in literature and gaming, from their first appearance nearly a century ago to the present. It includes two quasi-academic essays examining their literary development, an appendix reproducing the 1912 Lord Dunsany short story that introduced them, and artwork by Jon Kaufman and Sidney Sime.
