A Frigid Demise

A fantasy roleplaying adventure featuring Charasta, an unusually intelligent old white dragon whose icy lair lies in a cave system beneath a river. The encounter can be added to a campaign in any setting or played as a standalone dragon hunt, with challenges suited to four 13th-level characters. Players explore slick, ice-covered passages, search for hidden mechanisms and treasure, and contend with traps such as falling stalactites. Charasta disguises herself while hunting and uses a carefully prepared lair, magical defenses, and teleportation to avoid being cornered.
