Adds a small set of modular components designed for use with the base engine and the faction expansion. Includes four new alien tech cards that introduce one-use or ongoing abilities affecting ship movement, module placement and action mitigation. Also includes three faction reference cards summarizing unique faction powers, two agenda cards for the political/agenda variant, and several blank cards for custom techs or agendas. Components slot into existing setups and alter available options without changing core rules.
