Adds a small set of optional cards to be used with the base game and the Outer Belt expansion. Includes three alien technology cards that introduce new abilities and actions for player colonies, plus two salvage cards that interact with Outer Belt mechanics. Players integrate these cards into setup and use them during play to expand available options for ship actions, resource manipulation, and interaction with salvaged materials.
