In the ruins of Making, the Lord of Blades forges an army of steel to conquer the Five Nations of Khorvaire, aided by the prophetic Oracle of Bones. To oppose him, the characters must contend with plans that are known before they can be enacted—and seek an oracle of their own. This adventure is the third installment in the four-part Flames of War storyline and is optimized for a party of level 19 characters. It can be played as part of an Eberron campaign or within the 20-adventure Oracle of War organized play campaign.
