A tongue-in-cheek horror scenario in which canine investigators pursue a feline eldritch threat across Barkham. Players follow clues, investigate locations, and confront strange catlike creatures and cult activity as the city’s pigeon population dwindles. Gameplay uses the card-driven scenario format: players build investigator decks, resolve skill tests, manage resources and damage, and contend with evolving encounter decks that introduce Meowlathotep’s minions and schemes. Success depends on coordinating investigations, combating foes, and disrupting the ritual plots before the Meowsks bring ruin to the town.
