A fantasy city setting for the Filbar Campaign, centered on the Knolls, the second-largest city in the Duchy of Bast. Ruled by Baron Tamar Wizzel, the city serves as a safe haven and frequent stop for adventurers traveling through the Filbar Quest series. Designed for 1st and 2nd Edition AD&D, the setting supports adventures for characters of any level and can be adapted to other systems. It includes enough material for a one-shot scenario or an ongoing campaign location.
