Big Trouble in Little Haiti

A set of adventure hooks explores the seedy underworld of Little Haiti, a borough of Wellstone City centered on the Wharf. Yves Felix, an ambitious crime boss, controls much of the activity there through henchmen, local gangs, and Voodoo priests while seeking to expand his influence. As his subordinates grow more powerful, his control begins to weaken—and strange problems involving rats add another threat.
