Players command Italian frogmen teams piloting manned torpedoes in World War II Mediterranean harbor raids against Royal Navy ships. Each scenario recreates a historic attack on ports such as Gibraltar, Algiers, and Alexandria, and the campaign links nine key missions into a progression where successful strikes earn points to train operators and upgrade technology. Gameplay runs in turns with fault checks, manned-torpedo action phases, harbor-defense responses, and cleanup. Points come from sinking specific naval and support vessels, while enemy defenses escalate in reaction to player success, creating a tactical balance between risk and long-term development.
