This revised and expanded roleplaying scenario is set in the southwestern USSR during collectivization in 1931. After a meteor shower scatters embryonic Colors Out of Space across the region, the residents around a central machinery station gradually succumb to their effects. Months later, two investigation teams with opposing objectives arrive to uncover what happened. The supplement includes a 62-page adventure book and a 32-page booklet containing player aids and handouts.
