Contains two sets of promo cards intended for use with the City set. Add the Cosplayer cards to the Level A pile; when holding the flag they lose the flag against Level A cards and Newcomer. Add the Food Truck cards to the Level C pile; while on the bench, allied cards with base power 4 gain +2 during attacks.
