Players take the roles of time agents sent into a near-future city during the founding of a secretive law-enforcement agency. The setting mixes cyberpunk street life with a tense, heavily policed social order and focuses on unraveling a central mystery across repeated runs of the same day. Gameplay emphasizes narrative exploration and decision-making over complex puzzles: teams visit locations, gather clues, manage limited time and resources, and learn from each iteration to improve future runs. Success depends on learning how to earn money, conserve or recover time, develop character capabilities for a final confrontation, and identify key NPCs and objects that affect story progression.
