Coup: Bureaucrat Promo Card

A promotional card pack for Coup: Rebellion G54, containing five Bureaucrat cards, one reference card, and six base cards. The Bureaucrat replaces the Duke and uses the Farmer’s Cooperation ability. When taking this action, a player takes three coins from the Treasury and gives one of them to another player. The pack was included with the Kickstarter edition.
