Dark Astral Chapbook

A science-fantasy campaign setting in a fragmented solar system ruled by warring fiefdoms. Advanced technology exists but is scarce and tightly controlled, while education, science, and medicine have declined under the influence of religion and superstition. The setting transplants Renaissance-era factions and conflicts into a spacefaring world of shadow brokers, corrupted clergy, reckless psychic explorers, decadent technocrats, bounty hunters, and battle-worn templars. Space arks replace sailing ships, and laser weapons stand alongside older traditions.
